RECEPTION is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 8am -11am 2pm-6pm on Sunday. After hours check-in and basic services are still available while the bar downstairs is still open. For anything urgent outside these hours we also have an 'On-Site Manager' available & willing to assist you where needed.

KITCHEN facilities are a big deal to the discerning traveler so we have ensured our kitchen is large, has multi cooking stations and plenty of 'Chef Quality' pots, pans & cooking utensils. A more commercial upgrade to our kitchen is also underway to improve this service even further

INTERNET & PHONES have *24hr access with headpieces & cameras for internet use available from reception (SKYPE also available), private booths and Public phones readily accessible

TV ROOM & COMMON AREA just newly renovated with a cracking 'State of the Art' Cinema set up complete with Dolby Surround Sound, huge Projector Screen & a massive range of free DVD's available from reception. Your In-House movie nights will be a luxury all of its own!

LAUNDRY services are a plenty with coin operated washing machines and dryers situated on both levels. (Laundry powder, Irons & Ironing boards are available from reception)

BATHROOMS are supplied on both levels and both sides of the Hostel. All of our bathrooms have been completely rebuilt and are brand spanking new!

LOCKERS are coin operated and are available 24/7 in both small & large sizes. We pride ourselves on being one of the cheapest around

CAR PARKING is available at Wilson Chinatown Car park (Chinatown Mall) $10. Just validate your parking ticket at reception

MAIL can be sent to/ from reception, Just ask our friendly staff for assistance

BOTTLESHOP is located ground floor next to our gaming room. With one of the biggest selections available we are sure to have what you are looking for!
